Brand re-Launch
This brand has existed for over 70 years, yet due to under-investment, had become tired and dated.
Through careful research, and with excellent designers, we re-energised and launched a fresh brand identity – cascading this across all activities. This led to increased engagement and significantly more leads.
Customer feedback was also glowing!
Business Membership Body
This established organisation has been facing significant decline over many years. By introducing a clear and focused marketing strategy, we succeeded in growing membership in 2 key communities by 258% in 2 years.
By shifting internal practice and introducing a customer focused approach to marketing, using a variety of tools, we lifted retention rates and dramatically increased acquisition.

Continual improvement
Despite being an established operation, there were plenty of opportunities to grow. Through detailed analysis and careful planning, new schemes of work led to continual improvement in the sales of training, both on and off-line. Growth rates of 10-15% were consistently achieved – several £100K of additional revenue.
Going Downhill Fast
One particular project with a commercial vehicle manufacturer, led to a significant market re-positioning. The ambition to break out of the trade market into the world of action sports, and especially downhill mountain biking, was radical to say the least.
Supported by a varied events programme, sponsorship and a range of digital tools, new ground was broken and a significant uplift in vehicle sales to a fresh new audience was achieved.
Taxi!
Breaking a German van into the established London taxi market was never going to be easy! The greatest challenge was letting the public know that these new cabs were legitimate Hackney Carriages.
Public awareness was raised significantly in just a few weeks by deploying a strong press, outdoor and radio advertising campaign. This paved the way for a new face on the rank.
